Behavioral Therapist
Our Behavioral Therapists work closely with a diverse range of clients to build strong, positive, and therapeutic relationships. Their primary goal is to help individuals develop meaningful social connections and strengthen essential life skills through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices.
Therapists support clients by prompting appropriate behaviors that encourage communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and problem-solving abilities. As clients progress, therapists gradually fade prompts to promote independence while reinforcing safe and effective replacement behaviors.
A successful Behavioral Therapist implements individualized programs based on ABA principles, collects accurate data, and collaborates with the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Together, they create an engaging, supportive environment where every learner can grow, thrive, and reach their fullest potential.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents. While much of their work focuses on Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) for young learners, BCBAs also conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and ensure every client receives compassionate, effective care.
At Next Generation Services, we are committed to supporting children with special needs in our community through professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence.
The BCBA role is a key leadership position within our organization. BCBAs design and oversee treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and ensure programs are implemented with fidelity. Behavior Technicians rely on their BCBA for guidance, problem-solving support, and answers to day-to-day clinical questions. Strong communication skills, collaboration, and openness to feedback are essential to maintaining a high-quality therapeutic environment where every learner can grow and thrive.
